Read sins of a solar spymaster 63 which he posted yesterday. He's taking CCP's side from what I can tell. In it he admits their many faults, but gives them the benefit of the doubt. He goes into all of the issues and understands the severity of the issues, but ends the blog saying Incarna will eventually be a success. Anyone with analytical intuition can tell he's spinning the blog to be pro-CCP. Or at least trying to keep the reader's mind open to forgiving CCP.

They really only have the resources to develop 1 game at a time, and are trying to do 3. They can't afford it in any way (they are failing on budget, time, and quality as a company).

The way I'm reading this, CCP intends to have Dust simply become the RMT way to claim space in nullsec, and current residents are either going to have to have a serious involvement in Dust or gtfo.

You know, without revealing their identity. So CCP couldn't pursue them for breaking the NDA. Problem is, they'd have to be pretty cunning. There are only a handful of CSM delegates, and CCP will surely know where the leak came from.
